Terms of service.

Using [shortless]

[shortless] inc. operates this website and platform. These terms govern your account, show submissions, Creator Studio, and viewing features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a creator, team, or company, you must have authority to do so. You must be able to enter this agreement under the laws that apply to you; if you need a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain it before creating an account or submitting work.

Your account and access

Provide accurate information and protect access to your email, social account, and wallet. Do not impersonate someone else or use an account you do not control. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Creator Studio and the Holder Room have separate access rules. Signing in as a creator lets you submit work and access your own studio; it does not automatically grant viewing or voting access. Beta availability and holder eligibility are governed by the rules presented for that feature. Do not bypass those controls or share restricted playback links.

You keep your work

You retain ownership of the rights you hold in your show, artwork, and other submitted material. You confirm that you are authorized to submit the material, including any music, performances, likenesses, or third-party assets it contains, and that your description of AI use is accurate.

By submitting material, you give [shortless] inc. a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, process, and privately display it as needed to review your submission, run your studio, and communicate with you about it. This does not grant us ownership, an exclusive distribution right, or permission to train AI models on your work.

Submission is not acceptance for release. Public distribution, promotion, production support, and any payment arrangement require a separate agreement with you. You can contact us to withdraw a submission, subject to any separate agreement and records we must retain.

Watching and participating

Shows made available for viewing are for personal use through the platform unless the rights holder authorizes otherwise. Do not redistribute, sell, scrape, or remove protections from the content. Respect creators and other users, and use votes and viewing features honestly.

Do not manipulate watch time, votes, eligibility, analytics, referrals, or earnings through bots, duplicate accounts, fabricated activity, or other deceptive methods. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights, or attempt to access someone else’s submissions or private information.

Creator earnings and $SHORT

Any creator payment, tipping, reward, or funding program has its own eligibility, calculation, review, and payment terms when offered. Submitting a show, receiving views, or holding a token does not by itself create a payment obligation. Analytics are activity records, not a guaranteed payout or a statement that an amount is payable.

Roadmap items describe product plans and can change. No specific future feature, release date, level of earnings, audience size, or token value is guaranteed. Any blockchain transaction you choose to make is subject to the relevant wallet and network terms, fees, and risks. Signing in with a wallet does not request a payment or transfer of tokens.

Moderation and availability

We may review or decline submissions, remove material, or restrict access when needed to address abuse, rights complaints, security issues, or violations of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and give you a way to contact us. If you believe a decision was mistaken, email hello@aiswim.live.

The platform is developing. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. Keep your own copies of your work. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected. These terms do not limit rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

External services and rights concerns

Google, wallet providers, screener hosts, and other linked services operate independently and have their own terms. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership of your work or make them responsible for [shortless].

For a copyright, privacy, or other rights concern, send the affected URL or material, an explanation of your rights, and your contact details to hello@aiswim.live. Do not include private keys, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Leaving and changes to these terms

You may stop using [shortless] and request account deletion at any time through hello@aiswim.live. The privacy policy explains retention and deletion. Ending access does not cancel obligations in a separately signed creator agreement or obligations that already arose.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date appears above. We will give notice of material changes where required and obtain any consent required by law. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the affected service and contact us about your account or work.
