Privacy policy.
Your work is personal. So is your information. Here’s what we collect, why we use it, and how to reach us about it.
Who we are
[shortless] inc. operates [shortless] at aiswim.live. This policy covers our website, sign-in, Creator Studio, Holder Room, and show submissions. Contact hello@aiswim.live about privacy, your account, or your information.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, account identifier, sign-in provider, and basic profile details supplied by that provider. Wallet sign-in supplies your public wallet address and proof that you control it. We never ask for your wallet’s private key or recovery phrase.
- Creator submissions: your name and contact email, show title, format, stage, pitch, screener link, cover artwork, AI-use description, and confirmation that you are authorized to submit the work.
- Platform activity: submission status, published-show records, playback sessions and watch duration, votes, and creator earnings records when those features are used.
- Updates and support: the email address you submit for product updates and information you choose to send when contacting us.
- Technical information: authentication and security logs, request information such as IP address and browser details processed by our hosting and authentication providers, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect the service. Submission rate limiting stores a keyed digest of the request address rather than the raw address in the submission record.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google, we request only your basic identity, email address, and profile information, including your name and profile picture. We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your account, and associate your submissions and workspace with you. Our authentication provider, Supabase, processes and stores this information for those purposes.
We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
How we use information
We use information to run accounts and access controls, review submissions, communicate with creators, deliver shows, record viewer activity and votes, provide creator analytics, maintain earnings records, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Creators see analytics about their shows; their analytics view does not display viewers’ Google profile details or contact email addresses.
Submitting a show does not subscribe you to marketing. Product updates are a separate signup. You can ask us to stop sending them at hello@aiswim.live.
Public profiles and community activity
Your display name, uploaded profile picture and banner, bio, social links, and visible comments appear on your public profile. Creator profiles also show their released shows. These pages can be viewed without signing in. Account email addresses, wallet details, unreleased submissions, and private review feedback are not included. You can edit your profile and remove your comments through your account.
Who receives information
Our authorized team reviews submissions and handles support. We use service providers to operate the platform: Supabase for authentication, database records, and media storage; Vercel for hosting and delivery; and email providers for account and support messages. They process information needed to provide those services.
A screener hosted elsewhere is subject to that host’s privacy practices. Wallet networks and public blockchain records are independent of [shortless]. Public wallet information may be visible to anyone. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect users or the service. We do not sell personal information.
Submitting a show does not automatically make it public. Your contact details and screener are used for review. A public release and use of your show’s promotional material are agreed separately.
Cookies and security
We use essential cookies for sign-in, verification, access permissions, and voting. Blocking these cookies can prevent those features from working. Authentication credentials are handled server-side where appropriate, and private submission files use access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Applicable safeguards and privacy rights depend on your location and the processing involved.
Retention, access, and deletion
We keep account, submission, and activity information while it is needed to operate your account, review or manage your work, maintain payment records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or comply with law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying information. Backup copies may remain until they expire under the relevant provider’s backup process; public blockchain records cannot be removed by us.
To request access, correction, an export, or deletion of your account and associated information, email hello@aiswim.live. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. We will explain any information we need to retain and why. Additional privacy rights may apply where you live.
You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorization but does not itself delete information already stored with [shortless]; contact us for deletion.
Changes and questions
We update this page when our practices change and revise its effective date. We will provide additional notice or request consent when required, including before using Google information for a new purpose. Questions can go to hello@aiswim.live. Our terms of service explain the rules for using the platform.
